Radha Mitchell Biography
Radha Mitchell has worked opposite many major Hollywood actors, such as Denzel Washing in “Man on Fire”. She stars in a variety of genres from drama to horror, such as “Silent Hill’. She is of Australian descent with beautiful blonde hair and bright, blue eyes.
Mitchell, born November 12, 1973, was born into an Australian heritage. She was born in Melbourne and had an upbringing in Hindu-Vaishnav culture. attended St Michael’s Grammar School. Her first major role was starring on ABC TV’s “Sugar and Spice” in 1988. Radha gained recognition when the Academy Award gave her a nomination for her performance in “Finding Neverland”. Since then, she has worked with other film veterans, such as Woody Allen in “Melinda and Melinda”.
Mitchell has three films this year: “Thick as Thieves”, “The Waiting City”, and “Surrogates”. Fans of her work can also anticipate seeing her in “The Crazies”, an upcoming science fiction/horror film remake of the Geroge A. Romero film of the same name. It is expected to be released in 2010.
